Cardinal Hill Soap In Louisville, Ky.

If you guys remember, back in April, I did a blogpost featuring some cute Etsy shops that were local here in Louisville. Miss Skeeters was sweet enough to send me some goodies from her awesome shop, and I'm happy to share my thoughts with you.

Cardinal Hill Soap sells vegan soaps that "include all-natural products, including essential oils and home-grown Luffas" according to her shop. Not only does she offer these one of a kind beautiful handmade soaps, she also sells seeds to grow your own Luffa. {Which by the way, are from a line of Luffas that have produced 2 Kentucky State Fair winners! Neat!}

This is what I saw when I opened the box. 3 beautifully made, handmade soaps, carefully wrapped and adorned in these little baggies. My first thoughts were that they are very well scented (like a good quality soap should be!) and looked very luxurious (I'm a huge fan of cream colors since they compliment any type of decor.)

This one by far is my favorite design! Not only does it look gorgeous on its own, it also serves its purpose as a natural exfoliator.<3 (I'm always looking for exfoliators. It sloughs off dead skin cells that allows for more luminous skin. Since I do in fact have sensitive skin, I'm always in the market for all natural alternatives. Plus, if you're environmentally conscious, did you know that those "bead" filled body washes pollute our water system? They aren't biodegradable, and are already becoming illegal to sell in certain states. This is the perfect alternative!)

I love the ruffle border on the heart soap<3 How cute is that? Its a 2 oz. bar, and it would look adorable in a guest bathroom, or maybe even in little gift baggies for bridal showers. I love the cream colors, these are going to look beautiful on my vanity.

This design probably caught my attention the most. Not only does it look regal in its own right (Almost everything Parisian does to me lol.), the Fleur de Lis sign is also the symbol that represents Louisville, Ky.. If you were having out of town guests visiting for a wedding, or event (My brother is getting married in October, so wedding is one my mind haha!), I think these would make perfect little gifts to add to your guest bags or in guest rooms.
