Raw Milk Face Wash DIY (Psoriasis & Dermatitis Friendly)

Oh yes, you read that right, RAW MILK. I'm not one to be squeamish at all, and when it comes to clear skin, I'll try almost any natural remedy! Dermatitis is a pain in the butt, but this has helped me so much. I borrowed some raw milk from a neighbor (cow's milk), but if you're a breast feeding mama, breast milk works well too. (Yes, I have used my own milk for my face, among other things!). (If you do a google search, it's pretty easy to find. I personally drink raw milk for its health benefits, Goat's milk works great as well!)

This is rather simple, I place my cool milk into a little saucer, grab a cotton swab, and swipe across my skin after I've washed or exfoliated. It does get a tiny bit sticky when dried. To help this, I just rub a tiny bit of coconut oil on my face, and that worked well. Here's a list of my personal DIY face washes that work great for my dermatitis, as well as acne.

  • Coconut Oil Scrub
  • Probiotic Yogurt Mask
  • Aloe VeraMask

After researching raw milk/breast milk, I have found that it actually has a lot of anti-bacterial properties, and has many health benefits. It worked well for me.

Have you used raw milk/breast milk for anything?
