Sapporo Noodle Recipe

This is a rather simple, quick meal, that I make pretty often. I don't always feel like cooking, so I keep the ingredients for this stocked in my home. I know Ramen Noodles are typically eaten "as is" in the United States.. but if you're familiar at all with asian cooking, you'd know that it is very popular to use the noodles as a base, adding other ingredients to make it more filling. If you google Ramen Noodles, you'd see that the possibilities are endless with these simple noodles. I hope you enjoy.

Sapporo Noodles

Ingredients:
1 Package Sapporo Noodles or Ramen Noodles
1 Raw egg, or fried egg
Furikake of choice
Sriracha Sauce to taste
1 Tablespoon Sesame seed oil
Juice of one lime

Method:
Cook the package according to the label. In a bowl, add the Sriracha Sauce, Lime Juice, Sesame Seed oil and mix well. Pour the hot noodles and broth (carefully) into the bowl, mix well. Crack open the egg (or put a fried egg) on the top of the noodles. Sprinkle furikake, and enjoy!

What's the craziest concoction you've come up with? I'd love to hear your recipes.
